- Linkinize SCIM 2.0 is compatible with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud, and any SCIM 2.0 compliant identity provider.
- What happens when a user is removed from my IdP?
- When a user is deprovisioned from your IdP, their Linkinize access is automatically revoked. They are deactivated (not deleted) so audit trails are preserved and they can be reactivated if needed.
- Can SCIM manage workspace memberships?
- Yes. SCIM Groups map to Linkinize Workspaces. You can create, rename, and manage membership of SCIM-provisioned workspaces directly from your IdP.
- Does SCIM replace manual user management?
- SCIM complements manual administration. You can still invite users manually, and SCIM will only manage users it created. Manual users and SCIM users coexist seamlessly.
- Is SCIM available on all plans?
- SCIM provisioning is available exclusively on Linkinize Enterprise plans. Contact sales or upgrade to enable this feature.
- How do I set up SCIM?
- Enable SCIM in your organization settings, generate a bearer token, and configure your IdP with the SCIM base URL and token. Setup typically takes 5-10 minutes.
